Prazyl LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our claims management software application and related services (the "Service").

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and profile photo
  • Claims Data: Insurance claim details, policyholder information, property addresses, damage assessments, and related documentation
  • Contacts: Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and business affiliations of your professional contacts
  • Documents and Photos: Files you upload including photos, PDFs, and other documents related to claims
  • Communications: Emails, notes, and other communications stored within the Service
  • Payment Information: Billing address and payment card details (processed securely by Stripe)

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, and actions taken within the Service
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs
  • Location Data: Approximate location based on IP address; precise location only with your consent for features like route optimization

2.3 Information from Third-Party Integrations

When you connect third-party services, we may receive:

  • Google: Email messages, calendar events, tasks, and files from Google Drive (with your permission)
  • Microsoft: Email messages, calendar events, and files from OneDrive (with your permission)
  • QuickBooks: Company information, customer data, invoices, and payment records (with your permission)

2.4 Google User Data

PRĀZYL's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • Google user data (email, calendar events, tasks, and Drive files) is used only to provide the user-facing features you connect it for — displaying and sending email, showing and creating calendar events, syncing tasks, and storing claim documents and photos in your own Drive.
  • We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide these features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior notice to you.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising.
  • We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless you give explicit permission (for example, a support request), it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required by law.
  • Google user data is never used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
  • You can revoke PRĀZYL's access at any time from Settings → Integrations or from your Google Account permissions page.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Send administrative messages, updates, and security alerts
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests
  • Analyze usage patterns to enhance user experience
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Power AI features such as email summarization, claim suggestions, and photo categorization

4. AI and Automated Processing

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to provide features such as:

  • Email summarization and smart claim linking
  • Photo categorization and damage detection
  • AI assistant for claims-related questions

AI processing is performed using Anthropic's Claude API. Your data is sent securely and is not used to train AI models. AI-generated suggestions are provided as assistance only; you retain full control over all decisions.

5. How We Share Your Information

We may share your information with:

  • Service Providers: Third parties that perform services on our behalf (hosting, payment processing, analytics)
  • Third-Party Integrations: Services you choose to connect (Google, Microsoft, QuickBooks)
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or government request
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
  • With Your Consent: For any other purpose with your explicit consent

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, with servers located in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
  • Secure authentication with email verification
  • Regular security audits and monitoring
  • Access controls limiting employee access to personal data

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as resolving disputes or enforcing agreements).

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
  • Portability: Request your data in a portable format
  • Objection: Object to certain processing of your data

9. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics cookies help us understand how the Service is used and can be disabled in your browser settings.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers. We take steps to ensure your data remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

12. California Privacy Rights

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information (which we do not do).
